Our team developed a design system in parallel with the large-scale revamp of internal software interfaces, which involved over ten designers. This parallel work required us to plan the system, establish brand foundations, and define components while simultaneously auditing the evolving designs from the revamp team. We identified and resolved inconsistencies, such as multiple component variations as they arose, through close collaboration with a designated contact to finalize standardized elements for the resulting design system.
