Modernized the user interface of the loyalty member platform,
including the dashboard, login page, and site, for a fresh look.

Overview

Following its acquisition by Tata Group, Air India required a design refresh for its loyalty program to reflect the airline's revitalized brand and future direction. Our team focused on redesigning key areas, including the member logged-in pages, the main loyalty consumer site, and loyalty partnership pages.
